Yes, the Our Privacy Plate is waterproof. It is designed to survive splashes, heavy rain, and can even be buried in snow without issue. However, it should not be submerged in water. Occasionally, water infiltration from high-pressure touchless car washes or pressure washes may occur, but the device won't be damaged. In such instances, simply open it, wipe it down, and put it back together.
